The project will combine an intersectional approach to gender equality with the collective intelligence fostered and harvested through the co-design of the Gender Equality Plans (GEPs).
GEPs will be co-designed with the participation and collaboration of institutional authorities, individual stakeholders and operational entities creating by this way a local ecosystem with main aim the Gender Balance in the academic community and throughout the society.
The project’s duration is four years including a variety of scientific workshops and visible activities to the public. The dissemination of the project starts with the announcement of a student contest, inviting all students from the project university partners to participate for the creation of the visual identity.
The project social media accounts and website will be announced soon in order to enhance the public engagement.
