On the occasion of the March 8 celebrations, #EUsisterprojects agreed to promote a joint initiative on Twitter to highlight our strong commitment to working together for gender equality in European research, to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all, especially the generation of young women, and to ensure that the research brings results that improve the lives of all of us and contribute to the reduction of gender inequalities.

The structure that was proposed for the initiative is to create a single chain of tweets introducing all of our projects and/or activities. In the idea, the chain should start from a Tweet by the DG Research & Innovation account.The initial tweet will be followed by the chain of tweets of individual sister projects introducing themselves and their activities. Each project will have an assigned time to ensure the creation of the chain is coordinated. By doing this the EC funding, projects, and outputs in this area will become more visible and sister projects´ cooperation will be materialised in the form of a campaign.
