On 21st November, the U.Porto team organized the “𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 – 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬”. In this conference, there was an important articulation with the University of Lodz – another RESET partner – in the open communication of the event, followed by interesting interventions of the different university centers, labs, and projects. This academic meeting provided the opportunity to share experiences, look at the course of gender equality in Higher Education institutions, and think about the way forward.
