RESET activities kicked-off with the establishment of Gender Equality Boards (GEBs) within the partners institutions that will develop and implement a Gender Equality Plan for the first time.

In February 2021 the University of Bordeaux, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Łódź, and the University of Porto nominated key diverse stakeholders, experts in gender equality, top and middle management members, to form their Gender Equality Boards.

Each GEB aims at promoting change in the relevant partner University, helping to define the actions to be developed in favour of the establishment of gender equality in each participating institution and aiming to ensure that the initiatives developed within RESET will be approved as institutional practices beyond the project end.
